June 21, 2002. Dawning Technologies, Inc. today announced a business partnership with Intertecnica, Inc., a company with offices in the US and France. Intertecnica is Dawning?s exclusive representative in France and Switzerland and establishes a new local presence for Dawning in these key growth markets.

The Intertecnica Europe office is headed by Mr. Alain Castel, formerly Research and Development Manager with a Swiss data acquisition vendor. Intertecnica will be focused solely on the sales, installation and support of Dawning products in these countries. The company will be active in both clinical and non-clinical markets.

John Selmyer, President of Dawning, stated: ?We are extremely pleased to announce our new partnership with Intertecnica. We have a number of customer accounts in other Western European countries. This partnership expands our business presence into areas where our current customer base is quickly growing and will benefit from a local office. We are particularly happy to have this relationship with Mr. Castel, who has an extensive background in device connectivity and laboratory information systems with significant clients in this part of Europe. This comes at a time when many new Dawning products are scheduled for release in the coming months; Alain and Intertecnica will be key elements in our introduction of these new products in the European markets.?
