The Power of Love and Family Challenges Two Sisters to Seek the Truth
August 17, 2004 — Sydney Newman Dotson’s debut book, “No Greater Deception, A True Texas Story,” skyrocketed to #1 on the Barnes & Noble and Amazon.com Top 10 True Crime Biography Bestseller Lists for the sixth month in a row.
In “No Greater Deception, A True Texas Story, Dotson’s stepmother forges several family members’ wills, insurance policies, pension plans, checks, deeds, titles, applications, account cards and beneficiary change forms to gain access of her relatives’ assets, real estate, mineral rights, stocks, CDs, bonds and safe deposit boxes. The stepmother is also implicated in the mysterious deaths of her father, husband and only brother.
Barnes & Noble and Borders Bookstores were not prepared to meet the demand for this tell-all book written by a local police chief’s daughter. Customers were often told the book is “not in stock” or “not available.”
Dotson’s book is available on over 100 websites across the world including Barnes & Noble.com and Amazon.com.
“I refuse to be a victim of identity theft by my stepmother. I’m a survivor”, says the author. “You can ruin my credit, but don’t steal my inheritance. I hope sharing my story with others will help prevent future identity thefts, forgeries and fraud across the country. Putting your money in Citibank or Bank of America banks isn’t going to prevent you from becoming a victim of identity theft today.”
“Did you know that 95% of all identity thefts are performed by family members on family members? Did you know that anyone can purchase a notary seal at an office supply store today? It’s very easy to create a second signature for a family member and then forge their will, insurance policies or any document linked to an asset. Most of the forgeries were accomplished through the U.S. Mail,” says Dotson.
“It’s a real-life Texas Soap Opera of Love, Death, Betrayal and Justice,” says Liz Carpenter, author and Lady Bird Johnson’s WHITE HOUSE Press Secretary.
Dotson has been seen on The NBC Today Show and PBS. She’s currently speaking on radio station Talk Shows as an Identity Theft Expert. Detectives, profilers and handwriting experts are using her book as a textbook case study on identity theft and the criminal mind of a Black Widow forger.
ABOUT THE BOOK
Hold onto your bootstraps folks! If you liked Erin Brockovich, you?ll be thoroughly intrigued with the adventures of these two sisters, their knack for investigative work, their family and influential friends in Texas. This is a stirring, humorous and unconventional ?true story? about their epics and the Texas Justice System.
Sydney and her sister Heather will take you through their gut wrenching, nerve racking, emotional roller coaster ride that occurs after their father dies and their stepmother produces a Last Will and Testament that leaves the stepmother everything.
As the two sisters face their father?s death, an evil stepmother, and a tainted legal system, they introduce themselves to many people along the way while searching for missing pieces of the family puzzle. What they discover makes them question everything they once thought was real.
Is their father the man they think he is? How was he able to buy all the land and mineral rights that he owned? Were his connections to George Bush, Lyndon Johnson, Lady Bird and Joe Bonanno much deeper than they seemed? Was he truly involved in the JFK assassination?
What they learn about their stepmother Betty is even more devastating. How did the town whore come to marry their father the Police Chief? Did she kill her only brother and forge her own father?s Will too? Just how many accomplices does she have? Are some of them their own brothers and sisters? What the two sisters? forensic document expert, Mrs. Higgins, discovers will send chills up and down your spine.

March 27, 2004–Every year thousands of people all over the United States don?t receive proper medical care because they are unable to afford travel expenses to and from medical treatment facilities. An increasing number of these are children. Most of these will die from these diseases because they go untreated. That?s where The Gift of Life Air Transportation Organization steps in. Our professionally trained pilots and aircraft are always standing by ready to provide safe reliable air transport. Whether it be a hospice flight so a person may spend their last days at home with family and friends, or transporting blood and organs, moving medical personnel, making sure a patient gets to an appointment or medical care, a family member gets to another that is sick or dying or has been in a accident, getting supplies and relief personnel into disaster areas or disaster victims out . We are here when you need us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
This year alone new cases of cancer are expected to increase by over 60,000 from last year. The facts speak for them self! In the United States 1 in every 290 children by age 14 will develop some kind of cancer, that?s 9,200 new cases this year and 1,600 of these children will die from cancer this year! In 1997 1 out of every 300 children by age 19 would develop cancer, and 1,500 of these children died every year. It?s 2004 and as you can see cancer in children is getting worst. It?s getting worst for all of US! Men have a 1 in 2 and Women a 1 in 3 life time risk of developing some form of cancer that?s 1,368,030 Americans that will develop some form of cancer This Year! And 85,000 of them will be right here in Texas! 563,000 Americans will die from cancer this year that?s more than 1,500 People A Day.
Please read about this special little girl on the next page it is only 1 of many such cases we get. We need your support to be able to provide this service.

My name is Katelynn I am 10 years old I live in North Carolina and I have Carcinoid Cancer it is a very rare form of cancer, I also have secondary disease caused by the cancer called Carcinoid Syndrome it is even rarer only 9 children have been diagnosed with it since 1977 (study done by St. Jude?s) I am one of them, as one specialist put it having Carcinoid is like being a pink elephant, and the syndrome well now you are now a pink elephant with polka dots, and there is no know cure but there is a treatment.
I have slow growing tumors inside of me that produce excesses hormones that make me very sick, it causes me to have vomiting, diarrhea, tachycardia, breathing problems, extreme bone pain, flushing(this is where my face become red it?s like having hot flashes), abdominal and chest pain. I am so sick most of the time so my mommy has to stay at home to take of me.
I see a specialist in Iowa City, Iowa but in order for me to get to my appointments we have to drive over 16 hours each way, it?s very hard on me being so sick the last time we made the trip I spent 3 days in the hospital because the stress of the trip made me even sicker. It is also very hard on my mommy having to
drive that long.
I want to be able to be a kid again, go to school, play with my brother and sister and my friends. I want grow up to be a doctor or veterinarian; I know that treatment is available. I want to get well. I am so tired of the pain and being sick all the time, all I want is to get well. PLEASE GIVE ME THAT CHANCE.
MAKE A DONATION TO: The Gift of Life Air Transportation Organization
They will make sure I get to all my appointments so I can get the treatment I so desperately need.
Thank you so much.
Sincerely
Katelynn
Carcinoid Cancer: Is a rare type of cancer it is very slow growing and often misdiagnosed, what is even rarer is the syndrome associated with carcinoid cancer known as carcinoid syndrome. The carcinoid tumors can produce a hormone overload in the body causing such symptoms as vomiting, diarrhea, tachycardia, breathing problems, extreme bone pain, flushing, abdominal and chest pain. Because of the misdiagnoses of this disease the carcinoid patient often die before the tumors are even found.
The patient who also suffers from carcinoid syndrome dies from the effects of the excessive hormones these tumors produce long before the cancer actually kills them, unless treatment to prevent this excessive production of hormones is undertaken. This treatment involves taking the drug sandostain or using other methods to prevent the overload of hormones in the body.
To complicate matters even more this disease is so rare in children that even specialists in carcinoid cancer and carcinoid syndrome are limited in there knowledge of treatment for children. According to a study done by St Jude?s only 9 such cases involving children have been documented since 1977 and this little girl is one of them.
Since chemo-therapy and other known cancer treatments are ineffective in the treatment of the slow growing tumors of carcinoid cancer, the only known cure for carcinoid cancer is to have the tumors removed surgically when possible. Unfortunately Katelynn?s tumor is a neuro-endocrine tumor and cannot currently be removed this way. Research in nuclear medicine for children this young is unheard of.
There is hope with new research and with the U. S. testing of a new drug LU-177 (which has been used in Europe), Katelynn and children like her that suffer from these and other catastrophic illnesses do have hope.
PLEASE BE PART OF THAT HOPE and let?s make sure that these children and people that suffer from these illnesses can get to the places where these treatments are available.
BECOME A FLIGHT SPONSOR! Even a small gift goes along way in providing us the opportunity to provide both short and long range AIR TRAVEL TO PATIENTS and FAMILY MEMBERS to medical facilities around the country for treatment.

To Whom It May Concern:
The Center for the Study of Natural Oncology, Inc. has been successful in securing some funding for its program expansion this past year. However, the resources raised have been quickly usurped by serving people who have cancer and come to us for help. Funding is challenging at best. Accordingly, we are encouraging your company and/or foundation to support CSNO?s (The Center for the Study of Natural Oncology, Inc.) operational and program concerns in the amount of $50,000 per month. $25,000 per month will be placed in our $10,000,000 Endowment Fund. This contribution will help increase the revenue for optimized and expanded services in education, research, and care for people with cancer.
The most rewarding moments at CSNO happen when we help people in need find the right treatment for their cancer as the attached brochure/insert and following letter indicate:
?My life was a fairy tale, absolutely perfect, until the phone rang. I heard Gregory on the line saying, ? ?.malignant tumor in my liver.? In one split second my world shattered.
I immediately searched the internet for some direction and within minutes I found The Center for the Study of Natural Oncology. I contacted them and a doctor took my call immediately. I was sobbing and scared. He reassured me that there was a great deal we could do and suggested we start with a well-thought out corrective protocol that would not conflict with our other choices.
In the meantime, we went to see conventionally-trained doctors. None of them offered us advice on diet, nutrition, lifestyle or even of our body?s natural ability to heal.
CSNO, however, had already given us hope we knew the less beaten path of natural medicine would yield better success for us. So when we heard the dire predications from the other doctors, we smiled and thanked them for their time. After giving Gregory an imminent death sentence, we saw their befuddled faces as they watched us walk away happily away. We knew something they didn?t-natural oncology was the way to go.
We heeded the direction of the doctors at the CSNO clinic. They made house visits, accepted calls at all hours of the day and gave us the utmost care and respect. We never felt alone.
Through the efforts of this group, we extended Gregory?s life 13 months after diagnosis when it was predicted he would only live a couple of months at best. We were given an enormous gift-for us, every moment was precious. No touch or look was taken for granted. Every word was sweet between us was every gesture. For this reason Gregory gave me instructions to start a foundation to help this clinic to assist others in receiving the blessings that we were given. Our eternal thanks goes to the Center for the Study of Natural Oncology because they gave us precious time to be together and love deeply.

Education/Care
The ?One-Stop Cancer Care? Program is set up at The Center for the Study of Natural Oncology, Inc. in Solana Beach, CA, and San Diego Clinic in Tijuana, Mexico, and is serving to provide information to people with cancer from all over the world. Our major objective is to finesse cancer into a sustainable remission. Under these circumstances, information is the most valuable commodity in the world. Our goal is to provide fast, accurate, comprehensive, evaluated material from around the world, screening out all biases of cancer economics and politics. Individual and family consultations and counseling guarantee intensive interaction between the participants and program specialists. After making an educated decision about their health plan, participants have the opportunity to find the best course of treatment for their specific situation.
Participants then have the choice of receiving ongoing professional advice, or referral within our network to oncology professionals or support groups.
The ?People Care? Program was developed in response to the devastation among our uninsured and underserved populations, especially women and children. The People Care program ensures that people with cancer are able to receive the type of care they choose for their specific cancer and get the practical assistance they need. These people will be able to access:
1.
pharmaceuticals
2.
supplies
3.
hotel and transportation needs

Platinum Television Group to feature States? Anti-Tobacco Marketing Campaigns
Deerfield Beach, FL January 21 2004–To reduce the negative health effects of smoking, everyone knows the best thing to do is to quit. Individual states have generally done a creditable job of getting information into the hands of smokers, as evidenced by the fact that half of smoking Americans have tried to quit smoking within the last year. But they have not succeeded.
While it can be very difficult to quit smoking, there are some tips to help.

No commentsNew Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging Helps Women Make Difficult Breast Cancer Decisions; Whole Life Research Clinic Offers Consumers New Options and Earliest Notice of Breast Abnormalities
July 7, 2004 — Whole Life Research Clinic, a comprehensive holistic natural health center with dedicated healthcare professionals with the goal of helping and consumers discover and monitor breast health concerns, contributes to saving lives of Metro area women forced to deal with breast cancer. This latest technology in breast health monitoring, referred to as Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging (D.I.T.I.), is the first equipment of its kind to be permanently based in the Twin Cities Metro area. Lauded as a powerful disease and breast cancer screening option, consumers say that Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging (D.I.T.I.) has afforded them the earliest possible detection of disease–long before traditional tests discover abnormalities.
?The thermographic scan not only showed the process of cancer in my left breast,” says one regional consumer,” it showed increased activity in my right breast as well. Thermography is absolutely valid–it is a powerful tool for dealing with disease. My surgeon and my oncologist both state that the thermogram matched what they found out with the pathology report.”
D.I.T.I. is a 15-minute, non-invasive, image-screening procedure that detects the subtle physiologic changes that accompany breast pathology, whether it is cancer, fibrocystic disease, an infection or a vascular disease. In the early stages of breast cancer, for example, a tumor develops additional capillaries to supply blood, a process that can be picked up in its earliest stages by a thermogram. Once the screening is complete, qualified doctors read the images and provide a report, often as quickly as 24 hours later. When D.I.T.I. is used in conjunction with mammography, the likelihood of early detection and treatment options increases dramatically.
“Thermography is the piece of information I was seeking that was missing in my personal breast health care,” says another patient. “Thermography is a future risk indicator–a tool that can detect the potential for a cancer to form–so there’s no need to wait until something actually happens. Combined with a mammogram, thermography is critical to getting the absolute best information possible.”
In addition to being FDA-approved and American Medical Association approved, qualified doctors interpret all of Whole Life Research Clinic?s (W.L.R.C.?s) breast-screening results, and WLRC provides individualized attention and emotional support to its clients. WLRC?s staff is comprised of a qualified naturopathic practitioner who is able to explain the clinical reports as well as guide patients through treatment options. In some individual cases, although it is not the norm, insurance may cover the screening fee of approximately $150.
D.I.T.I is very comfortable–there’s no clinician, physician or instrument contact–and there is absolutely no radiation involved. Women at almost any stage of their lives can benefit from the information derived from a thermogram, and thermograms are particularly useful in continuing to monitor a previously diagnosed condition.
Even after a lumpectomy, clients rely upon thermography to monitor her breast health. “I depend upon thermography to monitor my breast health and healing process,” says another patient. “With thermography it is possible to monitor abnormal processes that could indicate new tumor growth. I will continue to use thermography to maximize my options should another cancer develop.”
